Picked on 25th March 2020 from 114 Dijon clone, this delicious wine spent 9 months in older French oak barriques to preserve purity of the fruit. As a young wine, it is best served at room temperature and tasted after a few vigorous swirls of the glass.
Perfect with duck, ragout, mushroom dishes, blue cheese, brie, or even pizza.
